productionglue is seeking an extremely proactive & organized individual to join the team as a New Business Coordinator! This role is made for someone who takes pride in the details, enjoys diving into research, and has a knack for keeping things on track. Reporting directly to the one of the Partners of glue, this individual will support day-to-day business development efforts & has great opportunity for future growth within the company!  

a day in the life – what does the New Business Coordinator do?

  • Champions productionglue & proactively supports the company in achieving its business development goals
  • Uses her or his understanding of the market & glue’s core competencies to seek & identify new business opportunities
  • Takes initiative to research, track, and circulate industry news, market trends, brands / event partners / clients (current & prospective), projects, competitors, etc
  • Prepares & attends weekly new business meetings – takes notes, tracks action items, follows up with team, monitors timelines / deadlines, and wrangles information / assets / deliverables as needed
  • Owns tracking & updating of internal databases & calendars – contacts, pitch / project details, award submissions, department deadlines, meeting / client notes, etc
  • Assists in the RFP process / development of capabilities presentations – making recommendations, wrangling assets, updating specific pages & copy, and keeping team on schedule
  • Lives & breathes glue’s brand language & design guidelines – ensuring work & marketing materials are appropriately “gluey” & meet company standards
  • Supports biz dev campaigns under the direction of the Senior Leadership
  • Attends & represents glue at industry events

  • Am I someone who takes initiative, understands production terms, and is self-motivated?
